Welcome to RYZE Golf. By accessing or using ryzegolf.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

RYZE Golf is a free, community-driven golf course database and platform. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate course information or content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without prior written permission
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit content in bulk
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without authorization

2. User Accounts

Some features of the Site require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when creating your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

3. User-Submitted Content

Users may submit content to the Site including posts, course updates, photos, and comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

• Confirm that you own or have the right to share the content
• Grant RYZE Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute your content on the Site
• Acknowledge that your content may be visible to other users of the Site

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate, inaccurate, or harmful.

4. API Access

RYZE Golf offers a public API for accessing golf course data via RapidAPI. Use of the API is subject to the rate limits and terms set by RapidAPI in addition to these Terms. You may not use the API to:

• Build competing products or services that replicate the core functionality of RYZE Golf
• Resell or sublicense API access
• Exceed API rate limits or abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users

5. Advertising

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads help support the free operation of RYZE Golf. You agree not to click on ads artificially or engage in any behavior designed to generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks. RYZE Golf is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site that is not User Content — including the RYZE Golf logo, design, software, text, and course database — is owned by or licensed to RYZE Golf. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RYZE Golf does not warrant that course information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Golf course details such as ratings, yardages, and hours may change — always verify directly with the course before your visit.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RYZE Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
